At Jimmy Fairly, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eyewear. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our process is designed to be simple and stress-free.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth back into the protective shipping box to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your frames, we will process your refund or ship out your new pair within 5 to 7 business days.
